  • Combine flours, walnuts, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat milk, eggs and 2 tablespoons melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread in medium bowl with wire whisk. Whisk milk mixture into flour mixture just until combined; set aside.

  • Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Drop batter by 1/4-cupfuls into skillet. Cook pancakes, turning once, until done. Repeat with remaining batter.
