Golden Mini Scones

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Sugar for sprinkling on tops (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Spray baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Cut in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is size of very coarse crumbs. Stir in raisins. Stir in milk just until dough forms.
  3. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle tops, if desired, with sugar.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack. Serve warm.

TIP: To speed up prep time, scoop dough onto baking sheets using a mini ice cream scoop.
