  • Preheat oven to 400°. Spray baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Cut in I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is size of very coarse crumbs. Stir in raisins. Stir in milk just until dough forms.

  • Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle tops, if desired, with sugar.

  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack. Serve warm.
