- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 3/4 cup milk
- Sugar for sprinkling on tops (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Cut in I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is size of very coarse crumbs. Stir in raisins. Stir in milk just until dough forms.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle tops, if desired, with sugar.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack. Serve warm.
