Grilled Orange-Ginger Broccoli Florets

  • 3 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread

  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice

  • 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 1/8 tsp. honey

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice


  • Combine I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread, orange juice, ginger, orange peel, garlic, soy sauce and honey in large bowl. Add broccoli and onion; toss to coat. Turn onto 18 x 18-inch piece heavy-duty aluminum foil, scraping all spread mixture with rubber spatula. Wrap foil loosely around broccoli, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Grill, turning once, 15 minutes or until broccoli and onion are crisp-tender. Season, if desired, with freshly ground black pepper. Serve over hot rice.
