- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
- 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 5 tsp. vanilla extract, divided
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Beat I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® All Purpose, cream cheese and 4 teaspoons vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium until creamy. Add granulated sugar and beat 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture on low just until blended.
Roll cookies into balls using 1-tablespoon measure; arrange on prepared sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until done. Cool sheets 2 minutes on wire rack; remove cookies from sheets and cool completely.
Combine confectioners sugar, milk and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl. Dip tops of cookies in glaze, shaking off excess. Let stand on wire rack until glaze is set. Store tightly covered.
