Dip the bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides.
Melt 1 tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! in a skillet at medium heat, and cook 2 slices challah until both sides are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Repeat with remaining spread and challah.
Serve with additional I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! and maple syrup and top with fresh berries.
