Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread over medium heat in large saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in flour and mustard and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted; remove from heat. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
Herbed Bread Crumbs - Melt 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook 1/2 panko breadcrumbs and 1 clove garlic until toasted. Stir in 2 tablespoons chopped herbs. Sprinkle over Creamy Mac & Cheese before serving.
