Fill a pot with water. Add about 1 tablespoon sea salt and bring to a boil. Put lobster tails in pot and boil until shells turn bright red, about 5-8 minutes depending on the size of the tails. Drain the lobsters and rinse under cold water until slightly cool. Remove meat from shells and roughly chop.
Spread about 2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread evenly on hot dog buns. Toast buns - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread side down -on a hot pan or grill until golden brown.
Melt remaining I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread in a pan (it could be the same pan you used to toast the buns in). Saute garlic until translucent. Add lobster meat and cook until heated through. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, scallions, and paprika to pan and toss gently. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add a few butter lettuce leaves to each bun. Add lobster to buns. Garnish with a few more sliced scallions, chopped dill, and a sprinkle of paprika. Finish lobster rolls by spritzing I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spray on top. Serve immediately.
