      Instructions

      1. Spread 1 teaspoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread on cut sides of bagel and toast to desired doneness.
      2. Melt 1 teaspoon Spread in small skillet and add spinach. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until spinach is just wilted, remove and keep warm.
      3. Melt remaining teaspoon Spread in same skillet and cook egg to desired doneness.
      4. To assemble. Top bottom half of bagel with cheese, then spinach and egg. Top with bagel and enjoy.
      Before cooking your egg for your egg and spinach bagel, add a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter to your pan to avoid sticking. Is there anything I Can't Believe It's Not Butter can’t solve?
