Preheat oven to 400°.
Scrub potatoes, then pierce several times with fork. Melt about 1 teaspoon of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread and coat each potato with a small amount. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet or directly on oven rack.
Bake 1 hour or until skin is crisp and potatoes are tender.
Split potatoes, then evenly top with remaining I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® and chives.
