  • I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spray
  • 2 pounds yams, scrubbed and sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • thyme leaves, for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray parchment paper with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss sweet potatoes, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and smoked paprika together.
  3. Transfer sweet potatoes to the baking sheet and arrange in an even layer. Spray about 10 spritzes of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® on the sweet potatoes. Roast until tender, 40-50 minutes, flipping sweet potatoes after about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and garnish with a few fresh thyme leaves.
