- 1 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- confectioners’ sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread with sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Beat in flour until blended.
Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets, 2-inches apart.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden around bottom edges. Cool completely on wire rack. Dust, if desired, with confectioners’ sugar.
