Combine with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, sugars, egg, vanilla and baking soda in large bowl with wooden spoon until blended. Stir in flour until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. (Dough will be soft.)
Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks and cool completely.
While you’ve got the vanilla extract out for these one-bowl chocolate chip cookies—put two tsp of it in an oven-safe vessel of your choice at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Did we just invent flavored air?
