Preheat oven to 425° F. Combine I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Vegan, brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Trim off all but 2 to 3 inches of green tops of carrots; rinse and peel or scrub.
Arrange carrots on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush carrots with brown sugar mixture. Season with salt if desired.
Roast 15 to 20 minutes, rearranging once, until carrots are tender and beginning to brown.
TIP: One package (1 lb.) baby carrots can be substituted for the carrots with green tops.
