  • Toast an English muffin.

  • Spread on some I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter!.

  • Mash some avocado on top.

  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

  • To poach the egg, start off by heating a pot of water over medium heat to a simmer.

  • Crack a fresh egg into a small cup.

  • Swirl the water in the pan, and gently drop the egg into the center of the whirlpool from the cup.

  • After three minutes, lift the egg with a slotted spoon out of the pan.

  • Place it on top of your English muffin, and enjoy your delicious breakfast!.
