- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of toast (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1 scoop I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
- salt and pepper to taste
Mash the avocado, lemon juice and salt.
Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® in pan. Fry the egg in the pan over medium heat.
Spread the mashed avocado mixture on the toast, top with the fried eggs, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
