Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!, melted

  • 1 heaping cup of sugar

  • 3 eggs, beaten well

  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar

  • 1 c. flaked coconut

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients with a fork and pour into unbaked pie crust.


  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown (50 to 60 minutes)
