  • Recipe serves 4 servings



  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

  • Dip the bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides.

  • Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® in a skillet at medium heat, and cook each slice until both sides are golden brown.

  • Serve with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® and maple syrup; top with seasonal fruit.
