- Recipe serves 4 servings
- 8 slices of thick Challah bread
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Dip the bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides.
Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® in a skillet at medium heat, and cook each slice until both sides are golden brown.
Serve with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® and maple syrup; top with seasonal fruit.
