Ingredients

Garlic Butter Tilapia
Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • ½ cup of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®

  • 1 Tbsp of brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 tsp of minced garlic

  • 2 tsp of Italian seasoning mix

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400.


  • Coat baking sheet with nonstick spray.


  • In a bowl, whisk together: butter, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning mix.


  • Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, then drain.


  • Place Tilapia, potatoes, and broccoli in a single layer on baking sheet.


  • Spoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® mixture over Tilapia.


  • Drizzle broccoli and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.


  • Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
