Garlic ‘N Lemon Sauteed Shrimp

  • I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spray Original

  • 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves


  • Spray generously large nonstick skillet with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spray Original. Add 1/2 of the shrimp and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1-1/2 tsp. garlic and cook 30 seconds. Sprinkle with 1-1/2 tsp. parsley and remove to platter; keep warm. Wipe out skillet with damp paper towel. Repeat above with remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with lemon.
