- 2 pounds medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 tablespoons of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Soak wooden skewers at least 20 mins before cooking.
In a medium bowl mix lemon juice, honey, ICBINB, pepper, and salt. Add shrimp and let
sit for about 10 minutes.
Place 5-6 shrimps per skewer, then set in the air fryer.
Cook on 350 for 5-6 minutes.
Serve over rice or quinoa.
