Cook up some elbow macaroni.
To make the sauce, heat ¼ cup of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add in ¼ cup of flour for 3-5 minutes and stir constantly.
Add in the salt and pepper.
Pour in 2 cups of milk slowly.
Keep stirring until the sauce bubbles.
Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese, stir until melted.
As the sauce is cooking, steam some broccoli and chop it up.
Drain the pasta.
In a big bowl, mix together the pasta, sauce, and broccoli.
Take a big ol’ bite and enjoy!
