  • Cook up some elbow macaroni.

  • To make the sauce, heat ¼ cup of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! in a saucepan over medium heat.

  • Add in ¼ cup of flour for 3-5 minutes and stir constantly.

  • Add in the salt and pepper.

  • Pour in 2 cups of milk slowly.

  • Keep stirring until the sauce bubbles.

  • Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese, stir until melted.

  • As the sauce is cooking, steam some broccoli and chop it up.

  • Drain the pasta.

  • In a big bowl, mix together the pasta, sauce, and broccoli.

  • Take a big ol’ bite and enjoy!
